Public Accountant, graduated from the Catholic University of Uruguay Dámaso Antonio Larrañaga and Postgraduate Specialization in Business Management and Administration, at the Catholic University of Uruguay.
Professional Background:
In 2007, he worked in the Audit Department of the firm BDO Estudio Héctor Deffeminis. That same year he began working for the General Management of the company Tacuarembó - Marfrig Group.
In 2015 he was an Advisor / Consultant for the INEFOP program at the company Ibitech S.A. in Jump and since 2018, worked as Independent Internal Auditor tasks at Cledinor S.A. / Marfrig Group, evaluating the operation of the management and control system.
In November 2020, he joined the Joint Technical Commission of Salto Grande in the position of Advisor, and the 2nd February 2022, he was appointed as Secretary of the Delegation of Uruguay.
Since September 2023, he is the President of the aforementioned Delegation.
Nicolás Irigoyen

Background Professional:
He began his professional practice at Pricewaterhouse Coopers, as an economic analyst preparing business intelligence reports; and then continued his activity in the financial sector, as General Manager of Central Sur S.A., Cambio Iberia.
He has experience in creating commercial infrastructures, business growth, resource optimization, management and consulting in the private sector in both multinational and national companies.
In November 2020, he was appointed Vice President of the Uruguayan Delegation to the Joint Technical Commission of Salto Grande.
Daniel Arcieri
Delegate
Paysandú, 1966.
Electrical Technician, specialized in industrial installations.
Background Professional:
He served as a specialized operator of energy transformer substations in Salto Grande.
He was certified as Quality Manager, through the Latu System, in 2007.
He has been an employee of Salto Grande since 1991. He was secretary of the Uruguayan Delegate, Rubens Francolino, between 1991 and 1995. He worked on the development of the integrated Quality System (ISO 9000 and 14000 Standards) of Salto Grande, as well as in the substations area, protection area, lines area and analysis laboratory of the Transmission Management.
He was General Director of the Departmental Administration of Paysandú and interim General Secretary. He served twice as President of the Departmental Board of Paysandú, in 1992 and 2012; and he was Mayor of the Departmental Board for three periods, 1990 to 1994, 1995 to 2000 and 2010 to 2015.
On 23rd April 2020, he was appointed Delegate of the Uruguayan Delegation to the Joint Technical Commission of Salto Grande.
