Electromechanical Technician graduated from ENET No. 1 “Brigadier General Pascual Echagüe”, Concordia, Entre Ríos.
Lawyer graduated from the Universidad del Litoral (UNL), Santa Fe, Argentina.
He has an Advanced Certification in Regional Administration of the Electricity Market, that he has completed between 2021 and 2022 at the Technological Institute of Buenos Aires (ITBA).
Professional Background:
In October 2004, he took part of the Jointed Technical Commission of Salto Grande, in the position of Lawyer of the Legal Department. From 2008 he served as Head of the Legal Department until 2010 when he took over as Secretary of the Argentine Delegation.
From 2016 to 2018 he worked as an Advisor for the Argentine Delegation, and between 2018 and 2020 he was the Coordinator at the same Delegation. In 2020, he assumed the position of Secretary of the Argentine Delegation.
Since July 2024, he is the General Secretary of the Joint Technical Commission of Salto Grande.

Mechanical Industrial Engineer graduated from the University of Engineer of the Republic, Montevideo, Uruguay.
Professional Background:
He has worked between 1985 and 1993 in the textile and leather industries, in technical positions of operation, maintenance, project and construction.
Between 1994 and 2013 he worked at UTE (Administración Nacional de Usinas y Transmisiones Eléctricas). He was head of Mechanical Works Control during the Rincón del Bonete Hydroelectric Power Plant Renovation Project, from 1994 to 1998. Then, he was in charge of managing and executing several projects and works in the three hydroelectric plants of the Río Negro, between 1998 and 2002; and finally he was Head of the Baygorria Hydroelectric Power Plant, between 2003 and 2013.
Since March 2013 until 2016 he has worked at the Joint Technical Commission of Salto Grande, he did so as Engineering and Planning Manager, then as General Manager from October 2015 to June 2022, when he began to serve as Advisor to the Director.
Since January 2023, he is the Secretary General of the Joint Technical Commission of Salto Grande.
