Industrial Mechanical Engineer graduated from the University of the Republic, Uruguay.
Professional Background:
From 1990 to 1994, he worked as an Assistant Engineer in AFE (State Railways Administration) and then he joined UTE (National Administration of Power Plants and Transmissions) as an Assistant Engineer in charge of the maintenance of the Transmission Sub-Stations. In 2003 he held the position of Chief of the Manufacturing Department of the General Mechanics Offices of the Distribution Transformers Department and Test Laboratory.
From 2000 to 2004 he also served as a partner of RPM Ingenieros, a company dedicated to advice and assembly projects in industrial plants.
He joined the C.T.M. in 2006, competing the position of Chief Machinery Division of the Generation Management, being designated in 2010 as Head of the Mechanical Maintenance Area of the same Management.
Since November 2016, he works as the Generation Manager.

David Guerrero
Transmission Manager
Concordia, Argentina, 1981.
Mechanical Electrical Technician graduated from ENET N°1, Brigadier General Pascual Echagüe, Concordia. Electrical Engineer specialized in Power Systems, graduated from the National Technological University, Concordia Regional Faculty. He holds specializations in High Power Transformer Management, Transmission Lines, High Voltage Work (CIER), Business Management (UTN Buenos Aires), and the Electricity Market (ITBA).
Work Experience:
He began his career in 2006 in the Engineering Management Department of Transener S.A., Buenos Aires, where he was responsable for supervising the engineering of extra-high voltage transformer stations, conducting factory testing and inspecting 500 kV projects within the Argentine Interconnected System.
In 2011 he joined Salto Grande where he served as Supervisor of the Transmission Technical Office. In 2018 he was appointed Head of the Lines Sector of the Transmission Management Department, taking charge of the comprehensive management of the Salto Grande Transmission Quadrilateral.
In September 2025, he was appointed Transmission Manager.

Gustavo Araujo

Electromechanical Technician graduated from ENET N°3 (Escuela de Enseñanza Técnica), Rosario.
Electrical Engineer graduated from the National Technological University (UTN), Rosario.
He completed the Energy Regulation Update Program, at the Center for the Study of Energy Regulatory Activity, at Buenos Aires University (UBA) in 2011; and the Postgraduate Degree in Electricity Market Administration, at the Technological Institute of Buenos Aires (ITBA), 2018-2019.
Professional Background:
He has worked at the Company Telecom Argentina S.A., in Rosario, for more than 10 years, joining as an intern and then joining the permanent staff, performing maintenance on a wide range of communications systems.
In 2004, he joined Salto Grande, as head of the Computer Maintenance Division of the Energy Movement Sub-Management, for the renewal of the Salto Grande Supervisory System from where the entire Complex is operated.
Between 2008 and 2013 he served as head of the Electrical Studies Sector of the Operation Management, becoming head of the COU (Unified Operation Center) Sector between 2013-2022.
Since March 2022, he is the Operation Manager of the Joint Technical Commission of Salto Grande.

Nicolás Failache
Engineering and Planning Manager
Las Piedras, Uruguay 1968.
Environmental Hydraulic Engineering graduated from the Engineering Faculty of the University of the Republic, Uruguay. Master Degree in Water Resources and Environmental Sanitation graduated from the Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul, Brazil.
Professional Background:
He has worked as a Consultant in Civil Engineering and Water Resources in the private sector and in the National Water and Sanitation Directorate of the Housing, Territorial Planning and Environment Ministry of Uruguay.
He was also Associate Professor in the Fluid Mechanics and Environmental Engineering Institute of the Engineering Faculty and currently in the Northern Regional Water Department of the University of the Republic, Uruguay.
He joined the Joint Technical Commission of Salto Grande in 2008 as a Professional specialized in Hydrology and in June 2019 he was appointed Engineering and Planning Manager.

Santiago Ferrero
Accounting Manager
San José, Uruguay. 1983.
Public Accountant graduated and an Analyst degree in Economics from the University of the Republic (UDELAR), Uruguay.
He also has an MBA degree, obtained IEMM at the University of Montevideo (UM)
Professional Background:
He has experience in the accounting, tax and cost analysis and management areas, with ten years in the Accounting Management of Coca-Cola Uruguay, managing high-performance teams; and four years in the Accounting Head of Marfrig Group for Uruguay, Inaler Plant, among others.
As of January 2020, began the Assistant Accounting Management of Salto Grande, supervising the Accounting, Financial and Budget Management Area.
Since August 2020, is the Manager of the Accounting Management of the Mixed Technical Commission of Salto Grande.

Martín Moyano
Resource Manager
Córdoba, Argentina, 1976.
Senior Master of Works graduated from ENET N°2 (Escuela de Enseñanza Técnica) Carlos A. Cassaffousth, Córdoba.
Architect graduated from the National University of Córdoba (UNC).
Professional Background:
He developed activities linked to construction from 1995 to 2003. At the same time, he provided services as an intern in the Private Works Directorate of the Municipality of Córdoba from 1998 to 2000.
From 2005 to 2011 he served as Facility Manager at the company Tubos Trans Electric S.A, Power and Distribution Transformer Factory in Córdoba, having the Intendancy in charge, General Services, Building Maintenance and Property Security.
From 2011 to 2017 he served as Facility Manager at Grupo Cargo, a company in the distribution logistics sector, transport, warehousing and consulting, being in charge of General Services, Building Maintenance and Property Security with headquarters in Córdoba, Santa Fe, Tucumán and Buenos Aires.
From 2017 to 2020, he carries out tasks of Conduction and Management of Public and Private Works for the Constructora Romax Company.
In 2020, he takes part of the Jointed Technical Commission in the position of Head of Services.
Since September 2022, he has held the position of Resource Management Manager.

Fabricio Gabrielli
Project Division Manager
Montevideo, Uruguay, 1979.
He is a Computer Engineer, with a Master Degree in Business Administration and a Postgraduate Degree in Business Administration from the Catholic University of Uruguay (UCU). He is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP).
He has taught at the Catholic University of Uruguay since 2009, teaching Information Systems for Decision Making courses and organizing several events such as the 1st. National Business Intelligence Event. He taught in specialization and technology transfer courses and workshops of the Quanam Group.
Professional Background:
He has served as Project Manager and Technological Specialist in the multinational Quanam, participating in more than 70 national and international projects.
He joined the Mixed Technical Commission of Salto Grande in 2010 in the position of Professional in Computer and Communications Area and in 2011, he moved to the Quality and Management Control Area.
In 2019, he was designated as Management Coordinator, reporting to the Salto Grande Renovation Project Management (RSG).
Since 2022, he is RSG Project Manager.

Master in Engineering from the National University of La Plata (UNLP), Argentina. As well, he has been a teacher for more than ten years in the Department of Electrical Machine Construction at the National Technological University.
Professional Background:
In 2002, he joined the Jointed Technical Commission of Salto Grande, holding technical and electrical assembly supervision positions. He has held different positions in the Electrical Maintenance Area of the Generation Management.
Between 2011 and 2019, he served as Head of the Main Electrical Machines, and later becoming Head of the Electrical Maintenance Area in this Management.
Since June 2022, he has served as Construction Manager of RSG Project.
